The outdoor backyard space of this hillside property presented an opportunity for the owners to create a secluded and unexpected retreat. The new 3-season porch offers views overlooking the two Goshen stone patios, which invite the owners to enjoy the dappled light in a cool, shady environment. The meandering Goshen paths are planted with moss and double as swales for drainage. The owner enjoys gardening, and now has a canvas that’s ready for her additions.
